BRIEF & SITE ANALYSIS

We take client’s requirements & expectations from the space to be landscaped, Analyze and come up with ideas which suit the location and context. Here we get help from topography, hydrology, geology, existing vegetation & Site constraints. This helps build a Landscape brief to further work on.

CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We shall now start design ideation with concepts, theme, or a story strongly inject into the landscape design. After feedback from the client we develop it further with 2D & 3D images. Here we Liaise with structural, lighting, irrigation, consultants and arrive at costing and timelines for project.

DRAWINGS & DOCUMENTATION

The co-ordinated drawings from consultants are overlaid. Good for construction drawings (G.F.C) are prepared along with detailed Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q). A detailed set of hardscape and softscape drawings are issued to the site.

EXECUTION & MAINTENANCE

We take care of either co-ordination of the project or turn-key basis where conceptual; detail design; and site execution is taken care for a limited time period and site visits.
